1. Membership Billing

The Auvella VIP Membership is a monthly recurring membership billed at $39.95 USD every 30 days.

Your first payment is charged at checkout when you purchase the membership. You will be charged $39.95 at checkout and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.

Recurring billing disclosure: By placing your monthly recurring order for the Auvella VIP Membership, you authorize Auvella to charge your selected payment method $39.95 at checkout and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your membership.

You will receive an electronic notification before each recurring transaction and a receipt following each successful transaction.

2. Your Exclusive Member Benefits

While your membership remains active and in good standing, you receive access to:

Exclusive VIP Pricing: Access discounted member prices on eligible products throughout the Auvella collection.

VIP-Only Products: Access selected products and offers reserved exclusively for active members.

Early Access: Receive early access to selected product launches, collections, and limited offers.

Seasonal Member Offers: Receive exclusive promotions and curated member offers when available.

Membership benefits may vary from time to time and remain available only while your membership is active, current, and paid.

3. Billing at a Glance

Your membership renews automatically, so there is no need to manually repurchase your benefits each month.

4. Automatic Renewal and Authorization

Your membership automatically renews every 30 days until canceled.

By purchasing the membership, you authorize KINGSNAKE MARKETING LLC, doing business as Auvella, to charge the payment method used at checkout $39.95 USD every 30 days until cancellation.

5. Electronic Notifications and Receipts

You will receive an electronic notification before each recurring charge and a receipt following each successful charge.

It is your responsibility to maintain an accurate email address on your account and ensure that you can receive membership and billing communications from us.

6. How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership at any time, without a cancellation fee, using any of the following options:

• Log in to your account at auvellashop.com/account and manage your membership settings, where available.
• Visit the Membership Cancellation page at auvellashop.com/pages/membership-cancellation.
• Email support@auvellashop.com with the subject line:
  Cancel Membership — [Your Order Email]

No telephone call is required to cancel.

Cancellation requests are processed promptly without a mandatory waiting period. To avoid a future charge, please submit your cancellation request before your next scheduled billing date.

7. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, your membership benefits will remain active until the final day of your current paid billing period.

Once that billing period ends, your benefits will stop and no further recurring membership charges will be processed.

Canceling your membership does not automatically cancel or refund product orders already placed using VIP pricing.

8. Membership Refunds

Membership charges are eligible for a refund request within 14 days of the billing date for the applicable billing cycle.

To request a refund, contact support@auvellashop.com within 14 days of the charge and include:

• Your full name;
• The email address associated with the membership;
• Your order number, if available;
• A brief explanation of your request.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. When approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.

9. Pricing or Benefit Changes

We may update the membership price, included benefits, or membership terms from time to time.

If we make a material change to the recurring price or key membership terms, we will notify active members by email before the change takes effect where required by applicable law.

You may cancel your membership if you do not agree to the updated price or terms.

10. Checkout Authorization

By completing your checkout, you authorize Auvella to charge your selected payment method $39.95 USD at checkout and every 30 days thereafter according to the terms described above.

This authorization remains active until you cancel your membership.

Completing your purchase confirms your acceptance of this Membership Policy.
